Hikafar

As I was working on the DBNA animation, I decided to do this final mock-up of an upcoming character to the DBNA story.

This strapping gentleman's name is Hikafar, and he bears a certain resemblance to a DBNA villain does he not? His significance in the story will be revealed soon, so no spoilers till then
