Some of the most fun I've ever had designing a character. With the coming of Gine, Goku's mother, and already showing Rigor's mother, I thought it was about time to show Vegeta's mother as well :)

Anyway, Queen Saya (ใ‚ฏใ‚ฃใƒผใƒณๅฐๅคœ) is the friendly rival of Peppra, the mother of Prince Vegeta, and wife to King Vegeta. She will be making her first appearance in the DBNA story during the History of Rigor Special
